Sales

During the sales process, you will meet with one of our new construction specialists to select your homesite, select your floorplan and make any structural modifications to your floorplan to meet your family's needs.

Design

In the design phase, you will work closely with our in-house design consultant to select all the finishes for your new home in our expansive design studio! 

4. Design Studio Preview

5. Selections Meeting #1: Cabinets, Shelving, Kitchen, Great Room, and Primary Bathroom

6. Selections Meeting #2: Secondary Bathroom(s), Laundry Room, Lighting, Interior Finishes, and Electrical along with the finalization of selections paperwork and layouts.

Construction

In the construction phase, you will meet with your designated project manager, Tresidio will break ground on your new home, conduct a framing tour, pre-orientation and do the final touches on your new home!

Closing
