Jon Hastings founded Tresidio Homes in 2009 based on his passion for home design and construction, and because of his deep desire to create a better home building experience.
Seeing too many customers frustrated with the lack of professionalism and organization in the industry, Jon knew he could create a much more enjoyable building process – one that is organized, yet flexible, and without the communication headaches that home building is known for.
Jon founded Tresidio Homes with the intention of building personalized homes of exceptional quality, delivering on promises and creating a customer experience that was straightforward and enjoyable.
Along the journey of growing into who we are, Tresidio is focused on listening, making sure to never lose sight of what our customers want from a home building experience.
Today, we are an established, full-service custom home builder with over 30 dedicated team members, building approximately 150 homes a year – large enough to give our home buyers peace of mind but small enough to always keep a personal touch.

As a Boise native, Carl loves spending time with his family in the great outdoors of Idaho. From snowboarding in the winter to wake-surfing on his boat in the summer, Carl takes advantage of all the amazing things that Idaho has to offer. Carl graduated from BYU in 2007. From there he spent 10 years in Arizona and New Mexico in business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales. In his free time, Caleb enjoys anything and everything active, and has climbed every mountain over 10,000 feet in the state of Washington and loves playing any sport.
Annie Valentine is a native of Washington State where she grew up swearing that she would "never live in Boise, Idaho". Annie jokes that "God took that as a challenge" and it was through a job transfer that she reluctantly moved to Meridian in 2002. It didn't take long for her to fall in love with the Boise area! When another job transfer threatened to move her away from Meridian, Annie decided she had to stay!
To make Idaho living a lifelong reality, Annie has owned several successful service based businesses. One of which was as a commercial & residential building contractor where she gained valuable real estate knowledge from the construction industry.
Annie understands the leverage power that real estate can create as she has bought, flipped, and sold several homes. She is devoted to searching for and finding that perfect home for every client. In fact, most mornings start very early with a zip fizz and looking at the new listings!
Annie is a problem solver, information seeker, and lover of new construction! She loves to preview homes and keep her market knowledge up to date! It is her goal to bring value to every transaction by preserving equity and helping clients achieve financial freedom through the ownership of real estate.
Annie and her husband Matt reside in Meridian with the youngest 3 of their 7 children, all of which are teenage girls! Matt is a well-respected Financial Advisor at Valentine Financial and a native of Idaho. When she isn't assisting clients, at school activities, or serving at church; she can be found working out, playing in the mountains, traveling, and spending time with family.

Over the years, Tom has had many career paths, but never seemed to find the right fit. His passion for construction began in 2003 when he worked at BMC West, which inspired him to attain a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. After graduating from Boise State, Tom was eager to apply his skills and knowledge, so he jumped at the chance to work for Tresidio Homes.
