What is the Tresidio Design Studio?
It's our in-house showroom where thousands of available finish choices are neatly organized in one place. Instead of shopping all over town, you can explore your options with the help of a Design Studio Consultant.
When will I make my selections?
Selections happen during the Design phase, Phase 2 of our home buying process. It begins with a Design Studio Preview, followed by two selections meetings.
What's covered in each selections meeting?
Meeting #1: cabinets, shelving, kitchen, great room, and primary bathroom.
Meeting #2: secondary bathroom(s), laundry room, lighting, interior finishes, and electrical, plus finalizing your selections paperwork and layouts.
Who will help me with my selections?
You'll work closely with our in-house design consultant, who will guide you through the options available for your home.
Can I preview the studio before my first meeting?
