At Tresidio Homes, we’re always thankful for our talented, hardworking, and kind team members who come together to create houses that become homes. Today, we’re especially excited to introduce you to Ryan Shaw, our incredible Project Manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure our customers’ homes are built on time and according to their expectations.  

Where did you grow up? Tell us about your family. 

I grew up in Orange County, CA. I have one sister, and we both grew up playing sports.

How do you spend your free time outside of work?

Outside of work I spend most of my time in the gym, with friends and family, playing with my kids, and hanging out and cooking with everyone.

What is your favorite book and movie? 

My favorite book so far is Horse Soldiers. My favorite movie… that’s a rough one but I’d have to say Tombstone.

Tell us about someone you admire? 

My mentor is a guy I used to work for who really guided me into this industry and molded me into an educated project manager. He also provided life tips and advice that I still apply today.

What would someone be surprised to know about you? 

Most people are surprised by my age and military background.

What is your role at Tresidio Homes? 

I am a Project Manager for Tresidio.

What do you like most about working at Tresidio and/or your specific role? 

I truly appreciate the team that surrounds me and how effective each individual is in their respective role. I enjoy building these quality homes and producing dream homes for our customers. Tresidio’s reputation speaks for itself!
