Michelle specializes in new construction and has brought 3 buyers to Tresidio Homes in the last 12 months. She loves helping her buyers find their dream home and isn’t afraid to “go to bat” for them.

Like most Idahoans, Michelle loves spending time hiking and exploring the great outdoors of Idaho with her “fur babies”.  She loves the atmosphere that downtown Boise night life has to offer and enjoys “living it up” on the weekends there. Michelle feels like it’s important to give back to the community and regularly volunteers at City of Light homeless shelter.

What is your specialty?I specialize in relocation and new construction.

What is the one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?Make sure to interview your agent. Not every agent is full time and equally as skilled. This is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your life and there must be synergy between both parties. 

What is the most challenging / gratifying aspect of what you do?Boise is a hot market. Often times you find yourself in a multiple offer situation, I love helping folks get their dream home. I go to bat for my clients and truly care. I am always reachable! It’s truly gratifying at the closing table after everything has come together.  

What do you see in the future for real estate sales / prices? Boise is on the map now as a safe and affordable place to live. With over a 20% increase in the market in 2018 I see home prices evening out. They will likely continue to slowly climb up in the future.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun? I volunteer at the City of Light feeding women in the homeless shelter. It’s important to give back to your community. I also love taking my little fur babies hiking or to the dog park.

What do you like about living in this area? To me Boise is a big little city. It everything you could possibly want to do with regards to outdoor activities and downtown nightlife. People here are genuine and kind. I absolutely LOVE being an Idahoan!
