How Long have you worked in real estate?15 years

What is your specialty? I have dedicated my entire real estate to career to helping clients build their dream home.  My passion continues to be focused on new construction and developing relationships with wonderful builders and fabulous clients!

What is the one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?  Often times you hear people shopping for new homes and they are extremely focused on price by square foot.  This is truly only helpful when comparing apples to apples; meaning in similar square footage, quality and amenities within the home. For example, the price per sq. ft. will be much higher the smaller the home and much lower the larger the home. So when selling and buying your home make sure you are comparing similar properties.

What is the most challenging / gratifying aspect of what you do? One my most favorite parts about coming to work every day is having the opportunity to work with clients that perhaps didn’t think they would be able to buy a home and/or find the right home to fit their needs. The trust, appreciation and true happiness that is visibly created while working side by side with a client throughout the building process is an amazing thing to be a part of, you can’t beat it!

What do you see in the future for real estate sales / prices?  The Treasure Valley is a special place to call home and is certainly in high demand. We haven’t seen any signs of the real estate market truly slowing here in several years. Growth is inevitable and continues to drive the demand for housing higher.  Prices will continue to inch up as the population continues to rise.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?Lately our 1 1/2 keeps us busy and on our toes (we are convinced he’s just trying to keep us young), Luke, is one busy little bee that’s for sure! However, when we have a chance, we love sports; football, golf, hockey, basketball (you name it). Anytime we have an opportunity to be outside, we take it, whether it be hiking, biking, gardening, concerts, count us in!

What do you like about living in this area? Being Treasure Valley Native, the overall community culture here has never ceased to amaze me.  The people here are so inspiring, generous and helpful. We truly live in a place where your neighbors care, businesses support their local communities, and everyone wants to help contribute to making the valley a better place to live and grow in.
