As a semi-custom builder, we give each family the ability to customize floor plans to meet their wants and needs. Our architects may work from a collection of existing floor plans, but we have never built the same home twice! 

When customizing their unique, one-of-a-kind homes, our homebuyers have a distinct advantage with our in-house design and architecture services. During the Tresidio pre-construction process, you will have several meetings with various members of the Tresidio team, including your new construction specialist, assigned project manager, and Tresidio’s in-house designer. You will have the opportunity to work with our team to choose each detail in your home — from the floorplan itself to the flooring and cabinets to the paint colors and fixtures — in ourdesign studio. 

Working with an in-house team of construction specialists, architects, and designers helps make the homebuilding process easier and allows you to be a part of the process every step of the way. With these kinds ofdesign-build services, our in-house team can collaborate to create a plan that will provide you with the best solutions to meet your family’s needs. 

Our state-of-the-art Design Studio is a game-changer when it comes to making selections for your new home. There are so many finishes to select from within our expansive Design Studio. You will meet with our in-house designer over three different design appointments to select your new home finishes.

With thousands of choices neatly organized, and the expert assistance of our Design Studio Consultant to guide you, your home building process is so much simpler and more enjoyable. 

Here are some of the benefits of having access to our Design Studio:

• Hands-on experience. Sometimes seeing isn’t enough. At our Design Studio, you get to see, touch, and feel your selections. Feel the flooring and carpeting. See exactly how the cabinets and countertops look next to each other. Be assured that the exterior material you like really sings with the shutter or siding color you chose. 

• In-person guidance. Making decisions can be hard, but you don’t want you to have to make those decisions alone. Your Design Consultant, Nadza, will help you with each of your selections during the design process and give you her expert opinion on what she thinks looks best together.

• One-stop shop.Everything is right here. We have all of our selections — faucets to flooring, cabinets to countertops, lighting to tile — in our Design Studio.
